New EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that your personal data (hereinafter “Data”) will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and any applicable regulations regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the following information.

1 Data Controller. Data Protection Officer.

The Data Controllers are the partners of the Chiaravalli, Reali e Associati studio, namely Mr. Giuseppe Chiaravalli, Andrea Chiaravalli, David Reali, Marco Curti, and Alessandro Maruffi (hereinafter the “Controller”).

2 Categories of Data

The processing of your Data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, as well as the protection of your privacy and rights. The Data processed by the Controller include: (i) personal data (name, surname, age, gender), residential or domicile address, and contact details (phone, email address);

5 Rights of access, deletion, limitation, and portability.

The Controller informs you that you have the rights under Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR. For example, by sending a specific request to the email address pec@pec.chrea.com, you can:

confirm whether or not the processing of personal data concerning you is underway;
if processing is underway, obtain access to the data and information related to the processing, as well as request a copy of the data itself;
obtain the rectification of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete personal data;
obtain, if one of the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR exists, the deletion of the Data concerning you;
obtain, in cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR, the limitation of the processing of Data concerning you.

6 Right to object.

Pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, you also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data carried out for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller by writing to the email address pec@pec.chrea.com.

In case of objection, the Data will no longer be processed, unless there are legitimate reasons for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a right in court.

7 Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The Controller also informs you that you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if you believe that your rights under the GDPR or any other applicable regulations have been violated, according to the procedures indicated on the website of the Italian Data Protection Authority accessible at the address: www.garanteprivacy.it.
